Quote first, no surprises on the day.

Florida caps the per-document notary fee. My quote lists each item, the travel fee, and any optional witness coordination so you can approve the total before I arrive.

Inside Cocoa Beach / Merritt Island / central Melbourne — quoted in advance. Slight uplift for Viera, Palm Bay west, Titusville and after-hours.
