A short biography

Six years on the Space Coast. One pair of steady hands.

I'm Ernest Adulai — a Florida-commissioned mobile notary and NNA member who has spent six years traveling across Brevard County for the people a bank lobby doesn't actually serve. I come to you: kitchen tables in Cocoa Beach, hospital rooms in Melbourne, real-estate offices in Viera, assisted-living common areas in Palm Bay, and closing-day signings anywhere in between. You receive a written quote before the visit, and I'm on time.

I work seven days a week, including evenings, because the documents that need notarizing don't politely wait for business hours. Seniors and seasonal residents are a large share of the people I help — mobility, snowbird schedules, and family travel all create real reasons a notary has to come to the door. The other big share is loan signings: full mortgage, refinance, and HELOC packages briefed, witnessed, and returned to the lender the same evening. I bring disinterested witnesses when a document needs them and coordinate RON sessions for the cases where ink doesn't have to be wet.

Most signings aren’t five-minute errands. They’re a hospital discharge, an afternoon at the closing table, or a parent signing a media POA before a flight. Here’s what that means in practice.

Travel is part of the service — every quote includes a transparent travel fee that grows with distance from Cocoa Beach, never as a surprise after the visit. If your city isn’t on the list, email me anyway — Brevard is small and I almost certainly get there.
